Lakeway Landing Subdivision
Lakeway Landing comprises of a 150 acre subdivision in the South West corner of the Town of Sylvan Lake, Alberta. Access to the subdivision is from Hwy #11A on R.R. #15 or by going West on 48th Ave. until the road turns South and continues South to the Main Entrance signs
Fully serviced building lots are available to both public and Registered Builders. When fully completed, the subdivision will house approximately 635 dwellings, a commercial strip mall, a church site and a social care site. Both full sized lots and starter home lots will be available.
There are now in excess of twenty new home builders actively building in LAKEWAY LANDING. The subdivision is conveniently located close to the new Fox Run School and South of the eighteen hole golf course in downtown Sylvan Lake. The lots are located on high ground with some lots offering a partial view of the Lake to the North.
Lakeway Landing has donated in excess of 15% of the total acreage as Parks and Recreation to the Town of Sylvan Lake. At the extreme South boundary of the subdivision, the Developer has made available a large municipal reserve area for the Town’s development of sports fields. The area will be called Leader Field and is available to the Town to be used as regulation sized sports facilities such as ball diamonds, soccer fields and outdoor skating rinks. The Fox Run Elementary School and Mother Teresa Elementary School are located just North of the LAKEWAY LANDING Subdivision.
